What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale lighting?

Standard wholesale orders start at 20 pcs. Higher quantities qualify for lower unit prices. Send the model and quantity for each item so we can quote the correct configuration. Custom development and private-label minimums are confirmed separately.

Can I order a display lighting sample before a bulk purchase?

Yes. Samples are available for exhibition arm lights, LED lightbox modules and other selected products. Tell us the model, colour temperature, mounting option and destination country. Sample availability, quantity, cost and shipping are confirmed with the quotation; samples are not automatically free.

What is the standard production lead time?

The standard production lead time is 12–18 days. Confirm the schedule for your order quantity, electrical configuration and any custom requirements. Shipping and customs transit time are separate from production lead time.

Do you support OEM, ODM and private labels?

Yes. OEM, ODM and private-label enquiries are supported, including PCB design, terminal processing, product dimensions and fixing devices. Send your reference model or drawings, target quantity, intended application, branding and packaging requirements. The development scope, sample arrangement, minimum quantity and production schedule are agreed for the project.

What information should I send for a lighting quotation?

Include the product link or model, quantity, destination country and required delivery date. For exhibition lights, add the frame or panel dimensions, mounting details and power connection. For lightbox modules, add illuminated dimensions, cabinet depth and layout drawings. Include colour temperature and custom requirements where relevant.

Selecting the lighting and installation

How do I choose a clamp or fixing for an exhibition arm light?

Match the fixing to both the lamp and the display structure. Measure the panel thickness or frame profile and provide a photo or section drawing. Which white-light colour temperature should I specify?

Choose a warm, neutral or cool white option according to the graphic, product materials and surrounding lighting. Specify the Kelvin value or range available on the selected model rather than using “white” alone. Evaluate a sample against the actual display graphic when colour appearance matters. Can white LED models be ordered with CRI 90+?

CRI 90+ is available as an order option for white LED configurations. Include the required colour temperature and CRI in your enquiry so availability and price can be confirmed for the selected model. The quotation will identify the agreed colour and CRI specification.

What dimensions are needed for a lightbox module enquiry?

Send the illuminated width and height, internal cabinet depth, single- or double-sided construction and graphic or diffuser material. Include a drawing showing the intended LED mounting positions, wiring space and power supply location. These details help select LED lightbox modules and assess a sample layout.

Should I choose edge lighting or backlighting for a lightbox?

Edge lighting positions suitable LED modules along the cabinet sides; backlighting positions the light sources behind the graphic. The choice depends on the internal depth, display size, mounting space, optical design and graphic material. Do not assume one layout fits every sign cabinet. Compare a sample in the intended construction before confirming production.

Which voltage and connector should I select?

Use the input specification, wiring instructions and connector shown for the exact model. Some fixtures connect through an adapter, while LED modules require a matching supply configuration. Connector appearance alone does not prove voltage, polarity or compatibility. Send a clear label photo when replacing a display lighting power supply.

Can several exhibition lights share one power supply?

Only use a shared or linked connection when the selected lamps, cables and supply support that arrangement. Provide the model and quantity of lamps plus the cable or connector details. The electrical configuration and any permitted connection limits must be confirmed for those components; there is no catalogue-wide maximum number.

Shipping, documents and order support

How are samples and bulk orders shipped?

Shipping is arranged according to the order size, destination and your requirements. Our existing service options include FedEx, UPS, DHL, rail and sea freight where applicable. Ask for the available route, shipping cost and estimated transit time with your quotation. Transit estimates are separate from the 12–18 day standard production lead time.

Which product documents can I request for my market?

Request the model specification, dimensions, wiring or installation information and the documents required for your destination market. Compliance information must match the exact model and configuration. Tell us the document or standard you need so we can confirm what is available before you order.

What warranty applies to my selected model?

Our products have a three-year warranty. If a product quality issue arises, contact our team to request a return or exchange. Which payment methods are available for my order?

Bank transfer and PayPal are available. Confirm the available method, currency, payment schedule and any charges in your order quotation before making payment. Use the payment details supplied for your confirmed order.

What is the minimum quantity for a custom lighting project?

Custom projects are quoted separately from standard 20 pcs wholesale orders. The OEM/ODM minimum order is at least 500 pcs. Send the reference design, requested changes and target quantity so the applicable project minimum and development arrangements can be confirmed.

What happens if an order arrives damaged or needs after-sales support?

Check the shipment for transport damage within 10 days of receipt. If you find damage, contact customer service with the order reference, model, quantity affected and clear photos of the product and packaging. Transport-damage enquiries will receive a response within 10 business days. For a product quality issue, you may request a return or exchange; our team will review the issue and confirm the next steps. Non-quality-related returns and exchanges are generally not offered.
