Light bars and a framed lightbox application

The original application image combines a pair of lens-equipped LED light bars, an open display frame with LEDs around its inner perimeter, and a completed illuminated graphic lightbox. It shows the relationship between the lighting components, frame construction and display face.

The pictured light-bar dimension is labelled 876 × 40.6 × 16H mm. Treat this as the dimension of the bar shown in this reference. Send the exact ordering model or a clear component photo when requesting a quotation; other LED bars in the catalogue can have different dimensions and electrical specifications.

Reviewing a framed display lightbox

• Frame space: compare the internal profile and the intended mounting surface with the bar size.

• Light path: review the module lens and orientation together with the cabinet depth and graphic material.

• Wiring: plan the lead route, corner space and the matching supply connection.

• Display face: evaluate the intended graphic in the proposed construction, including its edges and corners.

The illuminated display photo is an application reference. It does not provide a measured illumination result or a universal layout for every cabinet size. Module quantity, positions and power configuration are confirmed for the selected design.

From an application reference to an order

Provide the illuminated width and height, internal depth, single- or double-sided construction and a frame section drawing. Add the required white-light colour temperature, component reference and quantity. For an existing cabinet, include photos of the installed bars and readable electrical labels.

Samples are available for evaluating the selected configuration. Record the approved bar model, mounting layout, colour option and supply with your bulk order so the same design can be repeated.
