The carry-case photo provides a packing reference. Confirm the case, accessories, cables and quantities included in the quotation rather than assuming every catalogue configuration is supplied with the same set. Keep the lamp and fixing references together so assembly teams can identify the approved combination for repeat orders.

A practical sample check

Mount the sample on the intended frame, fit the graphic and check the adjustment and cable space. Evaluate the displayed image from the normal viewing position. Record the selected lamp, fixing and electrical configuration before buying for a larger display programme.
